WHAT SERENDIPITY!
Immediately following my publication of the article "Passages: Madame Anna Bishop" in Rhinebeck Historical Society's Summer Newsletter, a request for a photo of Madame Anna's gravesite was received in New York. Further discussions with the playwright Dr. John A. Phillips revealed that the musical play "Anna the Indomitable" will be performed on stage in Sydney, Australia on May 21, 2022. We have joined together to raise funds to erect a Grave Marker for Madame Anna Bishop.
